Black-Owned Diaper Brand Secures The Bag With Inclusive Partnership With BuyBuy Baby

Published on February 9, 2024

TinkyPoo, the world’s first eco-friendly diaper brand with inclusive baby images, has announced its first retail partnership with the newly reinvented buybuy Baby.

Founded by Nadiyah Spencer, this pioneering baby brand is kicking off 2024 with products now expanding into buybuyBaby.com and all 12 buybuy Baby stores on the East Coast. For Spencer, who leans on 20 years of experience in retail manufacturing to design diapers and baby wipes, the exciting news is only just the beginning.

“I wanted a brand that celebrated our babies from the time they existed the womb and showed them how beautiful and lovely they are. We’re thrilled to now be in the sole biggest baby store in the country, and we’re just getting started!”

Since its inception in 2022, New Jersey-based TinkyPoo has been on a mission to foster environmental and cultural consciousness from the earliest stages of baby development. The line of premium, healthy, plant-based wipes and products is designed with your baby’s comfort and protection as a priority.

TinkyPoo diapers are 100% organic cotton, featuring a double-leakage barrier and an anti-bacterial layer. Boasting up to 12 hours of leakage, the diapers are also innovative.

The precious little ones, ranging from newborn to size 4, are empowered to experience diversity and inclusion when they don TinkyPoo. The diapers come alive with depictions of cultural heritage and images of babies of many races and ethnicities. From tribal or kente-styled lettering to a Pan-African flag, black power fists, and stars topped with red fists, TinkyPoo is supporting baby from “mind to behind.”
