As a head coach for Unrivaled, the new 3-on-3 professional women’s basketball league, Hall of Famer Teresa Weatherspoon gets to share her experiences as both a player and coach.

Weatherspoon’s Vinyl Basketball Club, which is 2-1 and will play again on Monday, includes WNBA stars Dearica Hamby, Rhyne Howard, Arike Ogunbowale, Jordin Canada, Rae Burrell and Aliyah Boston.

Weatherspoon sat down with Andscape and ESPN commentator Ari Chambers at Unrivaled’s Miami facility to discuss what makes playing in the new league different from the WNBA and lessons she has learned throughout her career.
